Good place, except a little bit too hot during summer. Everytime I get on my car after several hours' parking, it feels like an oven.

Almost nothing since my apartment was unfurnished. As you can see in the picture, cable modem is among the first few things that I got when I moved in...Internet is simply too important to me, I can't live without it.

I was literally shocked when I saw this...it's Texas, not Michigan! Before coming down to Austin I thought it would never snow here, but, as you can see, I was wrong.
